How do i place an order?

Once you have all of the items you require in your cart you can progress through our simple online order enquiry process

What if i cannot find an item that i require?

No problems. We will contact you by email to confirm your order and shipping costs. Just let us know what else you're looking for and a member of our kowledgeable sales team will happily assist.

What payment methods can i use?

You can pay for your order in a variety of ways including BACS, wire transfer, credit card and Paypal. All major Credit/Debit cards are accepted however there is a card handlers charge applicable to orders paid by credit card.

We will not take a payment for your requirements until you have approved our quotation and you are happy with the order in full.

All payments must be cleared before despatch.

How is sales tax determined for my order?

Tax is not listed on the Cart and Checkout pages as local taxes and import duties vary from country to country.

If you are based in the United Kingdom or another country within the European Union then your invoice will reflect the final total including applicable VAT. If however you are a business based within the European Union (excluding the United Kingdom) then VAT charges can be reversed if you are able to provide a relevant EU VAT number.

For customers located outside of the European Union then you are not liable for European taxes however goods are shipped DAP, which means that you are liable for any applicable fees or import duties due for these goods when you import them.

How are goods shipped?

All goods require a signature when you receieve them and depending on your order value, size and you shipping location, we use the following methods:

  • TNT Express (UK domestic only)
  • FedEx International (Global - cartons up to 25Kg)
  • DHL Freight (Global - Large items/pallets)
  • Sea Freight (Global - Very large items/container shipping)
